Needing to accommodate Robyn's large family, which includes young children, the house's design blends the indoors with the outdoors. "We put in a pool and an alfresco area as we want the kids spending a lot of time outdoors, and we felt that the style of house really lent itself to that."
Almost all-white, with neutral-toned accents, the house's clean aesthetic affords it a beachy, relaxed vibe. Thanks to Hall & Hart's experienced team of architectural designers, construction experts, town planners and interior designers, the end result was both functional and stylish.
"We really liked the way they handled the building process for us," says Robyn. "Their site manager provided weekly construction updates and took care of everything so it took a lot of stress out of the process."
“The results are stunning. I just can't wait to sit out on the balcony in summer and watch the kids swim in the pool while I have a glass of wine," says Robyn.
