The Origami rug joins the Marle collection. A fresh take on geometry and pattern, Origami is a combination of a previous project, which was inspired by paper folds created by children from The Anganwadi Project, and the Marle collection, which is softer and more textural. It celebrates irregularities and compositional balance. The mix-matched shapes create an interesting focal point that is forgiving in the placement of furniture. The soft palette is made up of seven colours.
Texture and patterns are echoed in the latest additions to the Latitude collection, the Ghan and Nala rug. Soft and gentle they exude a sense of calm. One of our favourites, the Ghan is reminiscent of ripples in the desert sand and the innovative design explores the possibilities of a monochromatic palette.
Classic Afghan rug techniques are combined with the Berber knot to showcase the contrasting diamond-shaped high piles and flat weave.
