Three cafes with garden-inspired interiors you’ll want to steal

You'll want to create your own vertical garden after seeing these gorgeous green spaces

Apart from adding a splash of colour, indoor plants are wonderful for creating a seamless indoor, outdoor experience. They add a sense of serenity, relaxation and are stylish. We’ve found three cafes with stunning displays of greenery to inspire your home decor.

Hacienda Sydney

The botanical oasis set on Sydney’s harbour is a lush escape from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding CBD streets. The interior was inspired by the grand plantation architecture of Cuba, and 1950’s Miami. Dangling from the ceiling is a mix of vines, flowers and lights. Cleverly placed potted plants sit between tables appearing as if the tree is growing from the ground.

The Lucky Hotel

Taking up prime real estate on Hunter St, Newcastle, The Lucky Hotel was recently restored to its former glory – its history dates back to the 1800s. Featuring a mix of old and new, the original façade was brought back to life and the cafe’s interiors were turned into a family-friendly space with vibrant green walls.

Colonial Brewing Co

While they pride themselves on their beers and ciders, the interiors of this watering hole in Port Melbourne are equally as impressive. Graffiti adorns the walls, rustic furniture juxtaposes the warehouse-like setting and rows of trees hang from exposed wooden beams. You’d be forgiven for thinking you’re outside with the amount of greenery in this open area.
