The delicious pud features Four Pillars Australian Christmas Gin; a muscat barrel-aged gin, Classic Rutherglen Muscat and organic oranges that have been steamed with gin and botanicals for seven hours.
Add Australian dried vine fruit and local suet and the result is a truly luxurious but very modern Christmas Gin Pudding.
Four Pillars Australian Christmas Gin Pudding, 400g, $25, is handmade by Silver Penny Puddings from Kilmore in the Yarra Valley.
The pudding is available through limited release available in selected retail stores, Four Pillars Distillery Door and online at fourpillarsgin.com.au from November 2, 2019, until sold out.
