Hold onto your sleeping bags, because the newest camping trend has hit Australia and we want to book immediately.
If sleeping underneath the stars sounds dreamy, however, the thought of mozzies, frostbite and surrendering to the elements is deterring you, then look no further than Bubbletent Australia.
Popping up in October 2017, Bubbletent Australia inherits its seamless “one with nature” experience from similar off-the-grid camping offerings in Spain, France and Iceland.
Located 200km out of Sydney, roughly halfway between Mudgee and Lithgow, three bubble dwellings overlook some of the most stunning rural scenery Australia has to offer.
Aptly named Virgo, Leo and Cancer, the bubbles include all the amenities you would expect with a glamping getaway – Warm showers, indoor toilet, fridge, towels and linen, to name a few! It also has some unique extras. Did someone say hot tub?
While the bubbles are perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, they also make for a romantic and relaxing option for those looking to escape.
Unfortunately, these bubbling beauties are booked out until August; however, you can sign up here to be alerted when new dates become available.
