As the editor-in-chief of Australia’s premium homewares magazine, I have to sift through all of the lovely things that come across my desk, try them out and discern which ones I think you’d love to see on the pages of Home Beautiful. While I’ve learned to be highly selective, as you’d expect, along the way there are certain things I covet for my own home. Christmas is extra special and a particularly favourite time of year for me. I’ve heard these pans are indestructible and it’s the first ever non-stick technology made without PFAS (AKA forever chemicals).
I would cook everything from stir-fries to frittata, to steak in this because it will also go in the oven, withstanding up to 535°C.
