Vacuuming your home is recommended at least once a week. Not doing so can lead to a build up of dust, dropped food scarps and even skin cells.

Drawers are not only great for storage, they also have a knack for collecting dust and crumbs. Remember to give them a clean every couple of months.
Give your broom bristles a clean with your vacuum and avoid redistributing dirt and dust around the house the next time you sweep the floor.

The gap behind the fridge and washing machine are notorious for dust. Every now and then, switch the attachment on your vacuum to one that can reach in small spaces and give it a clean.
