We’ve been keeping an eye on Many Moore’s renovation with keen eyes as the transformation of her mid-century home in Pasedena comes full circle and she moves in.

We’ve loved her laundry, pored over her pantry and coveted her custom-built seating.

Now it’s finally time for the big reveal, via a stunning spread in Architectural Digest

Working on what she’s described as a passion project with a savvy team of designer Sarah Sherman Samuel, architect Emily Farnham and builder Bronstruction (who specialise in mid-century modern homes), Mandy , the actress and singer-songwriter has brought together a stunning home showcasing an eclectic mix of contemporary finishes, bespoke building details and lust-worthy designer touches to create the ultimate up-to-the-minute home. It’s a celebration of all we’re loving about this classic interior decorating style, without having compromised the original design by architect Harold B. Zook.

Let’s take a tour.

“We wanted to recapture the home’s original spirit without delving into a slavish period restoration,”

Rather than a complete rebuild, the creative team have worked to reclaim, rather than reinvent the existing spaces, with the refurbishment of the original copper fireplace hood, replacement of skylights throughout the home and addition of oversized sliding doors, which lead outside onto a paved pool area with incredible views of the San Gabriel mountains and valley.
