Unlike some appliance stores, Betta only offers free shipping for orders that come from a participating Betta store.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs depend on the items in your order and your location, so you’ll get the most accurate details when placing an order. But as a broad guide, the cost ranges from $7 to $396, with smaller items and orders closer to a Betta store typically having lower delivery costs.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered in 3-5 business days for metro areas and 5-7 business days for regional areas. But it does take longer if you’re buying furniture, with estimated timeframes of 5-10 business days in metro area, and up to 14 in regional areas.
What is the return policy?
You can make a change of mind return within seven days of delivery (or pick-up). While this is a shorter timeframe than some online retailers, it’s unlikely you’ll need it if you’re buying a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine or other big ticket item that you’ve researched before buying.
