Does Interior Secrets have a discount code for first time orders?
Interior Secrets doesn’t currently have a first order discount code, but you can use any of the deals here to save on your next order. You could also ask a friend who’s shopped with Interior Secrets to share a referral with you, which would give you a $100 discount for an order over $1000.
Can I get a discount code if I sign up to Interior Secrets’ mailing list?
Interior Secrets doesn’t offer a discount when you join the mailing list, but you will get early access to offers and new releases when you sign up for emails and SMS alerts. Another option is to join the free Interior Secrets rewards program, which offers 60 points on sign up that count towards future discounts, with a minimum of 150 points giving you a $150 discount on a purchase over $1000.
Does Interior Secrets have a discount code for free shipping?

How much is shipping with Interior Secrets?
Delivery fees depends on your location and the items, so the cost is calculated and shown at the checkout before you confirm your order. To get an idea of the potential cost, I added a 3-seat sofa to my cart and was quoted a $305 delivery fee to central Sydney, $519 to central Brisbane and $90 to central Melbourne. Interior Secrets is based on Melbourne, so delivery tends to cost less in that area – you can also choose to pick up items from the Melbourne showroom to save on shipping.
What is Interior Secrets’ return policy?
Interior Secrets accepts change of mind returns made within 30 days of delivery, but there is a 20% restocking fee and you need to pay for return shipping. There are also some exceptions, such as items marked as ‘clearance’, ‘final sale’ and ‘online only’, as well as ex-display, customised and natural stone products.
It’s also worth noting that some discount code orders may not be eligible for change of mind returns – I noticed this as an exclusion when I was reading terms and conditions for an Interior Secrets code in March 2026, which said: “Items purchased during this promotion are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable due to change of mind.”
So ideally, you want to be as sure as possible that what you’re buying is right for your space.
