- Free test rides: You can book a free test ride at the LEKKER Bikes store in North Melbourne, or at one of their partner stores in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth, the Gold Coast, Newcastle and Byron Bay.

Does LEKKER Bikes have a first order discount?
At the moment, LEKKER Bikes doesn’t offer a discount for new customers placing their first order. But you can use any of the discount codes or deals here to save on your first order, or any other order.
Does LEKKER Bikes have a student discount?
Unfortunately, LEKKER Bikes doesn’t currently have a discount just for students. But the brand has offered student discounts overseas, so if that changes in Australia, you’ll find the details here.
Can I get free shipping with LEKKER Bikes?
LEKKER Bikes doesn’t offer free shipping as a standard, with delivery fees for eBikes ranging from $78 to $248 based on your state or territory. But if you’re just ordering accessories, delivery is a flat fee of $25. You’ll get details of the delivery fee when you place your order, but as a guide, these are the eBike delivery costs listed on the LEKKER Bikes website in February 2026:

Can I click and collect with LEKKER Bikes?
Yes! You can click and collect your fully assembled LEKKER bike from the Melbourne store or a partner store, with locations across Australia. Just choose the ‘Pick up’ option at the checkout after entering your address so you can see nearby stores.
It’s worth noting that some places charge an assembly fee for click and collect orders, which is usually $99 or $150. The Melbourne Brand Store and Evolution Bikes in Perth were the only two stores I saw listed on the partner page that didn’t list an assembly fee.
Do I have to assemble my LEKKER Bike?
LEKKER Bikes are delivered close to fully assembled but some parts are left unattached for safer transport. The pedals, handlebar and seat are the main parts you need to attach at home – and there are assembly instructions and videos on the LEKKER site. You also need to check the brakes and gear system (a good idea anyway!). How fast can I go on a LEKKER Bike?
You can reach speeds of up to 25km per hour on a LEKKER Bike, which complies with Australia’s regulations for electric bikes and European safety standards. When you’re looking at LEKKER’s electric bikes online, you’ll find this information under the motor specs, where it usually says something along the lines of “25km/h assistance”. That means the motor provides speed assistance up to 25km per hour – technically someone could go faster than that but they would have to use old school pedal power.
