How do I redeem a Spotlight promo code?
When you select a deal here, you’ll get details the promo code (if there is one) and be directed to the Spotlight website. From there, choose the items you want to buy and start the checkout process – there is a field asking if you have a promo code just before you enter your payment details. Select that and follow the prompts to enter your code, then select “Apply” to update your order.
But it’s worth noting that some Spotlight deals don’t require a discount code and are automatically applied at the checkout. So you’ll only find a code listed here if there is one.

Delivery, returns and payment
Does Spotlight offer free shipping?
You can get free standard delivery anywhere in Australian when your order is over $120. If you spend less than this, you can click and collect for free.
For orders where free standard delivery doesn’t apply – including those under $120, made to measure and bulky items – the price varies depending on the items and your location.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within one business day. After that, allow 2-14 business days for standard deliveries, 8-14 business days for made to measure deliveries and 3-14 business days for bulky items. products usually arrive within two to 14 business days.
What is Spotlight’s return policy?
You can return change-of-mind purchases within 28 days for a refund and it’s free if you return it to a Spotlight. But you will need to cover the cost of shipping if you want to return it by post, unless the item has been recalled.
If there’s an issue with items, such as damage or defects, contact Spotlight to discuss the situation. You may be entitled to a refund or other solution under Australian Consumer Law.

- Check where your nearest store is located. If you’re not sure how close you are to a Spotlight store, it’s easy to check online and could help you save on delivery costs (and time) if you choose to click and collect. Plus, you’ll get a $5 promo code voucher you can use in the Spotlight store.
- Browse the catalogues. The online catalogues make it easy to browse deals and get a better idea of the products Spotlight has on sale. Sometimes, the vast range of products can be surprising – we recently saw air fryers featured on the website, for example.
- Remember you can opt-out of VIP Club communications. If you join the VIP Club but find that the emails and/or text messages are too frequent, you can opt-out of them and still use your VIP Club card to get benefits when you want them.
