Shaynna Blaze makes a living from helping homeowners put their property on the market for sale, solving decorating dilemmas, design disasters and fixing the unfixable to allow people to finally move on to the next stage of their lives.
Now it’s her turn. With her own family now fully grown and moved away, the time has come for Shaynna to put her own home on the market “This has been the family home for 15 years, where the kids grew up with a whole street of other kids in a leafy, safe environment,” Shaynna said. “The kids moved out years ago, we lost our family dog and we haven’t really lived there since we have our property in Hawthorn, so it isn’t a family home to us anymore.
“It’s time for another family to love it and create their own memories.”

Home Beautiful visited Shaynna’s studio kitchen last year and there are certainly some corresponding style notes to the interior design of her 4 bedroom home. We take a tour inside.
The elegant interiors are beautifully designed with open plan kitchen and dining spaces, interspersed with intimate lounge areas.
On the second floor are 4 bedrooms, including a sophisticated master suite, situated around a smart and spacious rumpus room.
Plenty of outdoor entertaining areas are as you'd expect, fully decorated, with covered dining and lounge area boasting mood lighting, bench seating and water feature, overlooking a handsome manicured lawn with fire pit.
