Sheridan

One of our favourite Australian homewares designers has joined forces with none other than the Sydney Opera House to create what is sure to become an iconic collection itself to be used in every room of the home.

Our homes are a place for nurturing our souls and reconnecting to what is important in life. Our bedrooms perhaps the most important space in which to collect ourselves, recharge our emotions and feed our souls. “We are living in operatic times,” said Anne Midgette in the Washington Post, venturing the theory that opera can help us survive the next four years on social media. If this is so, perhaps there’s even more operatic overtures can do in our lives…

“It has been a rare privilege to collaborate on a range which celebrates one of Australia’s greatest cultural and design icons,” said Sheridan General Manager of Design Joanna Ross. “This truly original collection has been designed to reflect the continuing energy, evolution and vibrancy of this famous landmark.”

“Sheridan’s artistry, quality craftsmanship and shared history of championing the arts made our collaboration a natural fit, resulting in a beautifully crafted and truly inspired collection,” said Sydney Opera House Head of Strategic Development Miriam O’Rourke. “By creating unique, bespoke pieces that celebrate the style, beauty and innovation of the building itself, our visitors can take a piece of the Opera House home with them.”
