Spring splendour: Flower inspiration

Fill your home with a symphony of stunning colour and scent
Natalie Hunfalvay

‘Tis the season of fragrant flowers and budding blossoms, beckoning you to create your own floral bouquet – in spring, a few bunches from a florist can be easily supplemented by fresh flowers from your own garden. We made these arrangements using a mix of our favourite blooms, including poppies, sweet peas, jonquils and hyacinths. To make your arrangement, group stems into bundles, tie them together with string and cut stems to the height of your vase. Then, place the bouquet by an open window and let the heady scent drift through your home.

Use a selection of vases to mix and match your posies at different heights.
