Ingredients
30ml Lighthouse Gin
15ml Chambord
15ml lemon juice
Elderflower tonic
Method
1 Fill a short glass with ice then pour over Lighthouse gin, Chambord and lemon juice.
2 Add a generous splash of elderflower tonic.
3 Garnish with fresh lemon wheels.
