You can now shop at Target with Afterpay and Zip

Target is the home of cute and affordable homewares, décor items, clothing, toys and everything in between. A go-to for Christmas shopping and picking up everyday essentials, Target has really upped its game over the past couple of years, and is now a bona fide destination for shopping the latest trends at low prices. And now, just in time for Christmas, Target Australia has announced that popular payment platform, Zip, is now available in store and online.

“Target Australia is making Christmas shopping even easier with popular payment platform Zip now available for both in store and online purchases. The addition of Zip further expands our payment options, which also include AfterPay, currently available for online purchases,” Target said in a release.

The introduction of the payment platform means Target shoppers can now purchase products today, and pay the balance later via interest-free payments.

Kenton Elliot, general manager marketing from Target Australia, said: “We’re pleased to announce that we’ve expanded Target’s payment methods with the introduction of Zip and AfterPay. These payment options are perfect for families purchasing big ticket items for their loved ones this Christmas – we know that our customers like to be prepared and purchase these types of items early so this year we’re excited that we can offer customers this kind of convenience”.

Zip and AfterPay are now available online at www.target.com.au, with Zip also available in store from today.

You can apply for a Zip account and make as many purchases as you want, up to your limit. Every purchase you make with Zip is interest free, online or instore.
