The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is made from two English Tudor structures that were built in the mid-1700s in England. The structures were dismantled and shipped to the US, where they were rebuilt to create the home.
The two buildings are connected by an 'orangerie' - a glass structure that houses fruit trees. The design-savvy couple love real estate and this is the third property they have purchased in the Montecito area.
The traditional-style home features tall ceilings, dark wood and lead glass windows. Both structures feature a specious living room with a traditional fireplace. There's also a study, formal dining room, a large kitchen and breakfast room.
The master bedroom features a separate sitting area and access to a private balcony through a set of French doors.
