The Fancy Fruit Cup is summer in a glass, built for the Australian pursuit of fun in the sun. The fruit cup is a gin-based drink steeped in English history – enjoyed at Wimbledon, The Ashes and barmy garden parties.
The classic serve is usually served long, topped with lemonade and ginger ale, and garnished with a bouquet of fresh fruit such as cucumber, strawberry, orange and mint.
Ingredients
45ml Fancy Fruit Cup
45ml quality lemonade
45ml quality ginger ale
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a wine glass and top with ice.
2. Garnish with cucumber, strawberry, an orange slice and mint. Serve immediately.
