Lillet, Gin & Guava Autumn Rosé

Kick off the party with this lively gin cocktail with tones of autumn leaves and warm flames.

This lovely little number is simple to prepare and ideal as a brunch or dinner party cocktail. While the warm colour evokes the russet tones of autumn and winter, enjoy it all year round.

Serves 4


400ml Lillet Rose, chilled

125ml gin

1 cup guava & apple juice, chilled

320ml chilled soda water

1 tbsp lime juice

Edible flowers, to garnish


Pour all ingredients into a large jug over ice and stir to combine. Serve with edible flavours to garnish. Salute!
