Homeowners saw potential in this old and tired looking family home. Lots of paint and a restructure of the bottom level turned this dated house into an oasis with serious curbside appeal. The old garage was removed to make way for extra living space and created an open-plan indoor-outdoor zone.
The home was painted in coastal blues and fresh whites. New grass was laid and a paved walkway was put in to create an entrance.
Out back, the old lawn was ripped up and space was made for a pool. The large sliding doors make indoor-outdoor entertaining a breeze while the glass fence beautifully integrates the pool into the design.
