Pat Cummins Snaps Up $4.8m Property Behind His Bronte Home

Australian cricket captain Pat Cummins and his interior designer wife Becky Cummins settled on their $16 million Bronte home in early 2026. Described as a ‘fixer-upper’, the Victorian manor built in 1888 is in prime position in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

Now, they’re expanding their land in the Waverley location, with the pair securing the property behind theirs for $4.8 million. The humble two-bedroom, one-bathroom semi sitting on a compact 323 square metres will likely become part of bigger plans combining the two properties.

Pat and Becky Commins sold their former Bronte home for around $15 million, according to AFR.
The couple purchased a $16 million heritage home in the same suburb and the $4.8 million property behind it.
There are reports that the couple have plans to renovate the combined properties.

The couple bought their larger Bronte property in an off-market deal in November 2024 and had a delayed settlement which was revealed on property records a year later. The previous owners held it for almost three decades and paid just $990,000 for it, showing the area’s property prices have boomed in that time period. The settlement of the home was perfect timing as Pat and Becky Cummins had returned from time in London for Pat’s cricketing commitments.

The high-profile couple welcomed a daughter to their brood, Edi, who was born in February 2025. She joined big brother Albie, who was born in 2021. The captain of the Australian cricket team recently had time out from playing, thanks to a back injury. He reassured fans he would return to playing in the second Ashes Test in December 2025, with some rest points during the series.

The sports star, who was raised in the Blue Mountains, is back on the field with plans to return to his bowling best.
