Sprinkle half a sachet of Wizz Fizz Sherbet into a wine glass.
Add two scoops of sorbet.
Pour the white wine over the sherbet and sorbet until the glass is ¾ of the way full.
Top up with ginger ale. Keep an eye out for excess fizz!
Garnish with raspberries and the remaining Wizz Fizz Sherbet.
