Leah and Ash may have proven their renovation skills on The Block in 2023, but their own home makeover takes things to the next level. The couple’s beautifully renovated Queenslander has sold for $3,001,000. The sale price has broken the suburb record for 2025 and far surpasses the purchase price of $750,000 in March 2020.

The real estate images show just how much work has been put into the home’s renovation, with the new design seamlessly blending old and new. Enjoying idyllic water views and an enviable bayside position, this home retains many of its original features, including a wraparound verandah and classic weatherboard façade. Inside, it’s just as impressive, with an open-plan living and dining area featuring wall moulding, a stone island and timber flooring, all flowing seamlessly to the outdoor space. The upstairs boasts an elegant kitchen with a stone countertop, 5-burner gas cooktop and oven and water views. Outside, there’s a generously-sized backyard with a lawn, large tiled entertaining patio and mineral pool with a spa.
