Chrissie took us on a tour of her extensive renovations to the kitchen earlier this year when they were carried out with stunning results to make the space more workable for Chrissie (who loves to cook), and her family to enjoy a more open plan style of living.

A beautiful double fronted Victorian home, it is impressive inside and out, with manicured landscaped gardens at front and rear, where they surround a striking heated in-ground pool.

Inside, Chrissie had lent her creative hand to the interior design and decoration of the light and bright living areas including a large circular 10-seat dining table made from recycled timbers from an old butter factory, clever storage with custom made timber handles, polished Baltic pine floorboards and high-end finishes throughout.

According to reports the five bedroom property was listed with a price guide of between $4.5- and $4.95million and at the auction keen bidders carried on over the $5million mark.
