Taking out this year’s People’s Choice and Romantic categories is the equally impressive Clifftop at Hepburn, which last year took out honours in the highly coveted Interior & Design category. Rustic yet sophisticated, the home in Daylesford, Victoria, is a treetop sanctuary, which, much like Eqeleni has plentiful chic nooks and snoozing spots to while away a weekend.

The top spot for the Best Unique Property category is the charming Yandoit Church – Country Getaway property in Victoria, west of Melbourne and only 15 minutes’ drive from Daylesford. Built in 1884 and luxuriously renovated in 2016, the home features remnants of the original hand-painted freizes, dramatic ceilings and original gothic windows.
