The second stunning boutique brainchild in Paris from a trio of creative masterminds, this will tick all of your Parisian accommodation boxes.

The second hotel of The Experimental Group, Hotel des Grands Boulevard is a brand new Parisian hotel floating our French boat.

So chic in its execution, the 50 room hotel is housed in an 18th century building, with interiors designed by award-winning hospitality interior designer Dorothée Melichzon. The impressive fitout of the rooms and public areas is beautifully appointed and makes the most of the building’s heritage, without falling into cliché Louis XVI style.

Inside the guest rooms, exquisite walls are painted in 100% natural moody textures and tones and contemporary lighting and bedlinen are of a quality to die for. Ensuites are elegant and classically styled, with a touch of contemporary glamour, layering bevelled arched mirrors above characteristic pedestal basins on recessed stone ledges. Fixtures and fittings wander between chrome and brass, offset by crisp geometric tiling.

To lay your head, choose from the cosy Petit Boulevard room, overlooking the courtyard with its canopy bed, draped in warm-toned linens of pink and soft green…

Or perhaps you’d prefer to rise up into the Parisian eaves, where you’ll sleep under stunning exposed beams by night and wake to take in sweeping movie-style views of Paris across its celebrated rooftops.

Don’t miss the secret garden, reached through a long passageway into the building – you wont be able to decide where to live out your Parisian daydreams.

While you’re there…

The first boutique hotel venture of The Experimental Group, the Grand Pigalle Hotel is not too far a stroll away through the bohemian neighbourhood and definitely worth a visit.

With interior design also by Dorothée Melichzon, expect sumptuously upholstered beds in beautifully appointed rooms with more contemporary brass lighting, aged and textured wallpaper and each with its own rolling bar cart – magnifique!

Visit London’s Covent Garden to find the also divine Henrietta Hotel, the third boutique property by the three friends who make up the Experimental Group, Romée de Goriainoff, Pierre-Charles Cros, Olivier Bon and Xavier Padovani.
