Making no secret of the fact that White Fox Boutique is the dominating online fashion retailer, with founders Georgia and Daniel Contos making Australia’s Young Rich List and the owners of many multi-million dollar properties, the go-to brand of teeny-boppers around the world has just opened its new headquarters – and this is not your average office.

The company’s newly launched base in Rosebery is as saccharine as the trending activewear and bubblegum-branded accessories it sells by the truckload. Complete with a slide and ball pit, basketball court, Pilates studio, massage room, gym, sauna and bathrooms stocked with Dyson hair dryers, it’s what teenage dreams are made of.

The redesign of WhiteFox’s Sydney headquarters was spearheaded by PMG Group and completed over five years, with the site costing a reported $70 million. “The owners’ vision called for boundary-pushing, creative solutions that embodied the brand and aesthetic,” explains the design team on their website. “The theme: Mono, chic and sophisticated with playful pops of colour.”

Both in their mid-30s, Greek Australian couple Georgia and Daniel have an estimated combined net worth of $1.42 billion, and their business began in a garage back in 2013. Now, the company has an estimated $500 million-plus revenue and is operating on a global scale.

This over-the-top approach to the company’s headquarters isn’t the first foray for the entrepreneurs into extravagant properties. The pair have also been working on a mega-mansion in Vaucluse, set to be one of the biggest in Sydney.

Overlooking Sydney Harbour, the 4000-square-metre block has been created by combining five properties into one, costing them a whopping $150 million.

Existing houses have been demolished to make way for the Mediterranean-style home designed by Stafford Architecture. Once complete, it will have sweeping views of Sydney’s iconic skyline and Harbour Bridge.

With their dream home underway and dream office now open, it’s like Georgia and Daniel’s dream world has come to life – and we’re just living in it.
