A former smash repair garage has been given a new lease of life and has been transformed into Sydney’s hottest new creative co-workspace and collaboration hub.
Example House is designed by Acme, the design firm behind some of Sydney’s most acclaimed restaurant and bar spaces, including The Grounds of Alexandria, Fred’s, J&M and Archie Rose.
The expansive creative space features high ceilings, sandstone walls and is decorated with deep blue sofas, neon artwork by Tom Adair, and a vibrant ever-changing rainbow bookshelf.
There are also multiple breakout areas to encourage members to connect – including a marble kitchen, luxurious lounge area and a purpose-built bar that regularly plays host to tastings and educational workshops on Friday afternoons.
Andy El-Bayeh, Co-Director of Example, said: “Example House is about bringing a bunch of smart and passionate people together, raising the bar for our industries as a whole. A place to share ideas, laughs and success. It doesn’t matter if you’re running an established business, solo operator, or freelancer, if you work with beers, bars or boutique brands; if you’ve got ideas, we’ve got desks”.
Example House offers a range of membership options from $40 a day including hot desk day passes, monthly memberships and permanent desks. For more information visit examplehouse.com.au
