This backyard property in rural New South Wales has gone from zero to hero. Aiming for a ‘modern country’ vibe, the homeowners were after a garden with hues of blue and turned the old shed into an entertaining zone with a pub vibe.
An elegant mix of statement trees, greenery and pops of colour deliver a look that in time will become a beautiful country garden. “Although this is nestled in a very Australian backdrop, it is quite fitting to use more traditional ornamental plants like magnolias in the garden,” says HB Editor-in-chief Wendy Moore.
