While most celebrities have impressive properties, there’s something particularly enviable about David and Victoria Beckham’s real estate portfolio. The couple and their children don’t only live in a gorgeous London townhouse but also own what seems like the dream country home in the Cotswolds. Outside of the UK, the family also have homes in Dubai and Miami.

Here’s a peek inside all four of the families luxury properties.

The London townhouse

While the family have multiple properties, the Beckham’s primary home is a seven-bedroom Grade II-listed townhouse in West London. The property is located in the exclusive and highly affluent Holland Park borough, which is also home to other celebrities, including Sir Elton John, Robbie Williams, Simon Cowell and Sir Richard Branson.

The family purchased their London home in 2013 for an estimated price of £31.5 million (AU$62.9 million) and spent over £8 million (AU$15 million) renovating the property with renowned celebrity interior designers, Kelly Hoppen and Rose Uniacke.

Despite undertaking an extensive renovation, the Beckhams appear to have preserved the classic character of the property, with the home’s period moulding, checkerboard tiles and stone staircase evident in pictures the couple have posted to social media.

The home also seems to be surrounded by large, established trees, as seen from the Beckham’s kitchen window and the below picture of the Beckham’s garden, featuring a manicured lawn and trees with fairy lights.

Along with the home’s seven bedrooms, it also features a gym, indoor pool, home cinema and wine cellar.

The family also spent plenty of time at their countryside home in the Cotswolds. The Beckham’s purchased the converted barn home back in December 2016 for a reported £6.5 million (AU$12 million) and have added a number of features to the home in the years since.

Most notably, David installed an Estonian igloo style sauna and steam room to the garden and frequently posts pictures of his cold and hot plunges to Instagram. The family also hired three-time Chelsea Flower Show winner Marcus Barnett to create a two-tier fairy tale garden at the property.

The interiors of the family’s Cotwold’s home are full of English country charm, with beautiful stone walls and floors, a soaring ceiling with rustic wooden beams and a generous open fireplace. It comes as no surprise that the family like to spend their Christmas and holidays there.

The Miami mansion and penthouse

The Beckhams also own a number of properties outside of England, including in the US city of Miami, where David often travels as co-owner of the MLS team Inter Miami CF. While the couple have owned a luxurious penthouse in the Zaha Hadid-designed One Thousand Museum tower since 2020, they have also recently become owners of a waterfront mansion on Miami Beach. The couple bought the mansion for US$80 million (AU$118.9 million).

Compared to the Beckham’s English homes, the Florida mansion is a much newer home with a distinctive contemporary feel suited to the warm Florida climate. With nine bedrooms and 4,270-square-feet of space, there’s plenty of room for the Beckham’s and their high-profile guests to play.

The Beckham’s haven’t shared whether they will keep their penthouse apartment as well as their beachfront mansion but we wouldn’t be surprised if the apartment goes up for sale now that they have secured a larger home in Miami.

The Dubai condo

David and Victoria own a condo within the Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, which also happens to be the world’s tallest tower. The couple purchased the property for a reported US$10 million (AU$15 million) in 2009.

Despite owning the property for many years, the family rarely posts pictures of themselves in Dubai, perhaps spending less time there than their other properties.
