The two-storey home was listed on July 13, with Jay Helprin from Ray White taking expressions of interest until August 10. The listing specifically states there will be no public home inspections.
Features include security gates at the front and a personal boat ramp at the back, suitable for launching jetskis or paddle boards from. Did Tammy Hembrow have a prenup?
While the influencer may have a picture-perfect home, her personal life made headlines (more than usual) when she went through a high-profile divorce in 2025. On June 21 Tammy shared a tearful TikTok confirming that her marriage to Love Island star Matt Zukowski had come to an end after just seven months.
With the couple spending time together at Tammy’s place, it instigated the question, did she have a prenup? Both public figures, Tammy and Matt continued working during their relationship – Tammy as founder of a multimillion-dollar fitness empire (her estimated net worth sits between $38 and $50 million), and Matt as a podcaster (with no record of his net worth).

According to reports, Tammy did have a prenup. In an October 2024 TikTok video, she told fans: “We agreed pretty much straight away that we would get a prenup. It just seemed like a smart thing to do for both our sakes.”

With the home purchased well before her relationship with Matt began, and with public statements about a prenuptial agreement, it appears the property will remain firmly in Tammy’s hands.

How much did Tammy Hembrow’s house cost?
Tammy’s Gold Coast home will have been hers for six years in July 2026. “I bought a house,” she told her followers in December 2020, sharing the news after purchasing the Broadbeach Waters property in July that year for $2.88 million, according to property records.

The home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and has likely increased in value significantly since its purchase, thanks to the Gold Coast’s post-Covid property boom and Tammy’s own design updates.

In March 2021, she shared: “Slowly turning my house into a home and loving every second,” revealing glimpses of fresh interiors that transformed the space from slightly dated to cool and contemporary.

Inside Tammy Hembrow’s home
We’ve seen glimpses inside the influencer’s residence in her social media content but the real-estate images offer a much closer look. Behind the gated front lies a white rendered facade, with a double garage. The home has security cameras and lies in a quiet cul-de-sac, making it ideal for someone with a profile.

The main living, kitchen and dining area is open-plan, with plenty of natural light and views out to the pool and river. This view can be seen from some of the upstairs spaces as well.

In December 2025, Tammy announced that after a decade she was closing her clothing business, Saski, named after her daughter Saskia. “I feel like sometimes a chapter needs to close in order to make space for new growth and I’m really excited to see what’s next,” she shared in a video. “I am beyond excited to show you guys what I have in store for this next chapter, stay tuned.”

Tammy’s home reflects the aesthetics also seen in video content of her office, where she previously ran Saski, as well as her fitness app, Tammy Fit, which is still running, along with other ventures.

What is Tammy Hembrow’s new show?
After dipping her toes into television with Channel Nine’s reality show Shark!, Tammy has taken on her first reality TV hosting role. She will front the Australian version of Jersey Shore, Aussie Shore, which follows a cast of young housemates in Queensland.

The first two seasons were hosted by Charlotte Crosby, and now Tammy has stepped in as ‘House Boss’ in 2026 for Season 3. “I’m excited to be taking on more of a hosting role, and see how I do and how I like it,” she told The Daily Telegraph.
It’s believed that the third season is filming mid-2026 and will air on Paramount+ around September or October. So while Tammy may have plans to move out, it looks like she may not be moving away from her home state of Queensland if all goes well with her newfound TV career.
