Bathed in sunlight and situated in the ultra-chic neighbourhood of Comstock Hills, it’s only fitting that this 1920s gem would belong to the brilliant actress and producer Emma Stone (whose real name is Emily).

The star, who won Best Actress at the 2024 Oscars for her role as Bella Baxter in the movie Poor Things, purchased the place in 2019 for 2.3 million and gave it a major renovation.

At the start of 2024 the Hollywood heavyweight put the picturesque LA home up for sale for almost $4 million and it was quickly snapped up. Luckily, we had time to see inside and get some style inspiration.

The 100-year-old place retains its original charm while feeling fresh and vibrant. Its two storeys can be seen from the front, with terracotta tiles leading up to a sage green front entry.

There’s colour and character at every corner, with modern elements such as vibrant lights and artworks. Rustic wooden and iron details maintain its historical appeal.

Renovations involved expanding the high-ceiling kitchen. The bold turquoise range cooker is a standout in the chic space with hints of Parisian style.

The Belling Richmond range cooker in Country Blue is the perfect dupe for Australians looking to replicate Emma Stone’s coveted kitchen in their own home.
