Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill 15 sec/speed 10.
Add frozen strawberries, strawberry syrup, juice, rum, ice and salt, then blend 40 sec/speed 10. Divide between four serving glasses. Garnish with fresh mint and strawberries. Serve immediately.
