The stakes couldn’t have been higher for this year’s contestants, who spent the season transforming their properties into luxurious family homes, all with one goal in mind: making the biggest profit on auction day.
But while every team was hoping for a life-changing payday, only one could be crowned the winner of The Block 2026, and that team is Courtney and Sev of House 4.
Who won The Block 2026?
House 4’s Courtney and Sev have officially won The Block 2026, taking home $1,270,000 after their Mount Eliza property sold for $4.72 million. As viewers know, winners take home an extra $100,000, taking their profits to $1,370,000. Not to mention the $500,000 Scotty Cam Plungie Prize Pool! That means their total winnings are worth $1.87 million!
How much money did The Block 2026 winners take home?
As well as keeping the profit made above their reserve price, the winning team receives an additional $100,000 in prize money. Not to mention Scotty Cam’s Plungie Prize pool:
