Actor Emma Stone and her husband Dave McCary have put their Texas property up for sale—half way through its renovations. The couple bought the sprawling estate, which is located in Austin’s exclusive Tarrytown district, back in 2021, enlisting the help of Cuppett Kilpatrick architecture and interior firm for their renovation.
However, it seems the star’s plans have changed, with the half-renovated property being put back on the market for US$26.5 million (AUD$40.1 million).

Despite the property being unfinished, the completed sections still showcase the estate’s incredible potential. Set on 1.25-acres of land, the estate comes with a grand four-bedroom main residence, along with a two-bedroom guesthouse, a garage with a screening room and entertaining space, and a swimming pool.
The interiors feature plenty of desirable character features, including herringbone oak floors, creamy marble fireplaces, breezeways and leaded glass windows. There’s also a light-filled sunroom, wood-panelled library and two generous kitchens—with one finished in a beautiful navy and the other a neutral white. Outside is just an impressive, with the sprawling grounds including water features, a cutting garden, a fairy garden and abundance of lawn space and old trees.
The buyer will also be happy to learn that the works are due to be completed in the summer, which is just approaching in the US.
