HAPPY AS LARRY

What you need to know:

  • Happy as Larry is a food truck and pop-up pizzeria giving Sydney a taste of traditional Napoli style wood fired pizza.
  • Happy as Larry offers a seasonal menu, changing daily depending on the fresh produce available each morning. 
  • This scrumptious food truck is opening their first flagship store on the Thursday 25th of May at the MET Centre, 273 George St, Sydney.

LEMON ROSE

What you need to know:

  • FRIDAY 26TH MAY: Batch Brewery Marrickville, 12-8pm
  • Lemonrose is Sydney’s latest food truck concept – the brainchild of one guy, with one serious appetite.
  • Where American meets the Middle Eastern street eats, their style is unlike anything else. A zesty and fresh culinary experience not to be missed.
  • Lemon and Rosewater are the two key ingredients that bring the flavour fusion together.
  • They are both used in the recipe of every meal we cook and serve from savoury to sweet
  • Rosewater has a very distinctive flavour and is used heavily in Persian and Middle Eastern cuisine

KNAFEH

What you need to know:

  • Friday 19th May to Sunday 21st: 6pm till Late at Surfside Motorcycle Cafe, Brookvale
  • Jerusalem street food
  • Also known as the bearded bakers
  • A repurposed shipping container, adorned with street art and housing a commercial bakery.

THE NIGHT HAWK DINER

What you need to know:

  • Sunday 21st they will be at the RSPCA Million Paws Walk at Sydney Olympic Park
  • Founded by a couple of young chefs with backgrounds in French fine dining. 
  • They have been borderline-obsessed with American culture since they were raised feeling as though Chevy Chase was the father every boy dreamed of, and Sesame Street was just a suburb over.
