Brooke Bellamy, founder of viral biscuit brand, Brooki Bakehouse, is selling her Queensland home. Brooke and her husband Justice only purchased the 1891 home a year-and-a-half ago but are reportedly planning to move overseas with their two children.
The company, which already has a flagship store in Brisbane, and multiple kiosks across Brisbane, Sydney and Abu Dhabi, is reportedly planning to open 100 stores overseas after Bellamy recently secured a $25 million investment from Saudi Arabian property developer, Arada.
Located in the Brisbane suburb of Camp Hill, the five-bedroom home is a traditional Queenslander with grand facade, wrap-a-round verandah and picket-fenced front garden. The interiors, with their high ceilings, timber floors and and plantation shutters, are just as appealing.
Brooke’s kitchen is as impressive as expected, with the large farmhouse style kitchen features stone benchtops, generous cupboard storage, a Smeg oven and integrated Fisher & Paykel fridge. The kitchen leads into a large open-plan living and dining area, connecting to a covered deck.
This floor also features a main bedroom with a historic fireplace, walk-in-robe and ensure, as well as a main bedroom and two more bedrooms. Downstairs, there’s a second living area with a fireplace and acess to the garden, as well as two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom and study. Outside, the raised swimming pool and lawn make the home perfect for family living.
The couple paid $3.6 million for the property in 2024 but the expected sale price for the current sale hasn’t yet been shared.
