Home to many memories for the actress and her royal fiancée as their relationship blossomed, the Seaton Village home is now on the market.
Described as a ‘stylist designer inspired home’, Ms Markle made a beautiful home here with her two dogs and certainly decorated the property in style. Prince Harry would often come to Toronto to visit and spend time together with Ms Markle in the 3 bedroom rented home, surrounded by a supportive community who was at pains to respect their privacy, despite a growing barrage of paparazzi as the couple’s relationship grew serious.
"It's special because it's a detached with a detached garage in a family neighbourhood," says Alex Beauregard, sales associate with the Seaton Village Freeman Real Estate Brokerage who has listed the property.
"There are no traces of royalty in the house, except that it's a very fine residence... she had good taste," says Daniel Freeman, broker with Freeman Real Estate. "It was private and had lovely amenities. Seaton Village is a haven of safety family, inclusiveness and community."
Currently owned by a New York based, former fashion director, the property is listed with a price guide of CAD$1,395,000 (approx AUD1.44 million).
