- Sales: Castlery has a sale section where you’ll find select items on sale throughout the year. Castlery also has regular sales throughout the year, with some of the biggest savings often available during major sales periods including Black Friday, Boxing Day and the End of Financial Year (EOFY). Yes! Castlery offers $50 off your first order after you join The Castlery Club or sign up to the mailing list, and earn credits towards future discounts.
What are the main Castlery Club benefits?
Castlery Club members get $50 off their first order after joining, with the number of credits depends on the activity, with the following earn rates:
- Updating your profile: 20 credits
- Signing up for the mailing list: 10 credits
- Following Castlery on Instagram: 10 credits
- Spend and be rewarded: 150 creditds
- Leaving a product review: 50 credits
You can use 50 credits to get $50 off a purchase of at least $1000, or save up credits for bigger discounts. So 100 credits gives you $100 off a purchase over $1500, 200 credits gives you $200 off a purchase over $2000 and 300 credits gives you $300 off a purchase over $2800.
How often does Castlery go on sale?
You can find deals on Castlery just about any time by checking the sale section of the site. But I’ve found some of the biggest savings during major sale periods like Black Friday and EOFY. As well as sale discounts, I’ve also noticed Castlery has run a number of ‘spend and save’ type promotions. Think $100 off with a minimum spend of $1500, or $400 off when you spend $4500 – both offers I’ve seen on Castlery before.
Does Castlery offer free shipping?
While Castlery does not offer free shipping outside of special promotions, it does cap fees for each order. The actual cost depends on the items and your location, so make sure you enter your postcode on the website to get these details before making a purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the order details, including the size of the items, location and delivery partner. But you can get an estimate on the Castlery website, as well as more accurate details and tracking information when you place an order. Castlery also offers information about how long it may take for items to arrive if there is limited stock or different styles.
What is Castlery’s return policy?
Castlery accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for most items when they are as-new and in their original packaging. But there is a 20% restocking fee for returns from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metro postcodes and a 30% restocking fee for all other postcodes. So it’s not ideal to request a return if you change your mind.
