- Click on the “Order Summary” in the left-corner (it should be visible before you fill in the section titled “Your Details”).
- Select the text “Have a coupon code? Enter it here”, which follows the image of your order items.
- Enter the discount code details and click apply to add it to your order.

- Price match policy: If you find an item at a lower price (including GST and delivery charges) on the same in-stock item at the time of purchase, Bing Lee will match it. Terms and conditions apply, but it can help to be aware of this if you’re already shopping with Bing Lee.
- Student discounts: Bing Lee offers student discount codes and deals, such as $25 off an order of $199 or more when you sign up. You just need to join and verify your student status with UNiDAYS to access the offers.
How often does Bing Lee have sales?
Bing Lee has sales throughout the year, with some of the biggest offers usually around End of Financial Year, Black Friday and Boxing Day sales.
The website also has a Clearance section where you can get big discounts on a range of products and brands. For example, we found an Ecovacs Deebot robot vacuum cleaner discounted by $504 and a Samsung Smart TV reduced by $807 when we checked in March 2025.
Delivery, returns and payment
Does Bing Lee offer free shipping?
Bing Lee sometimes offers free shipping on select items. But it depends on the current promotions available, what you’re ordering, your location and the type of delivery. You can get an estimate of the delivery costs during the checkout process. Or, get an estimate on the product page by entering your postcode into the “Delivery information” section.
For example, we were quoted $59 to get a washing machine delivered to a central Sydney address, and $10 for a small air purifier.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depending on the order and your location but you can get an estimate before placing your order. You may also have the option of selecting a date during the checkout process for eligible items. If you’re in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, the ACT or an eligible regional area, you might even be able to choose next-day delivery.
Bing Lee also offers installation and removal services on some delivery options. If you choose one of these options, remember to allow a bit of time on delivery day for the team to get everything set up for you.
Can I click and collect?
If you’re near a Bing Lee store and want to pick your order up for free, there are two main options:
- 1 hour click and collect: If you order before 4.30pm and the items are in stock, you can pick up your items from Bing Lee within an hour.
- Scheduled click and collect: You can schedule your click and collect time at the checkout by selecting an available date and store. Just remember to bring a valid ID and your order reference number.
What is the return policy?
Bing Lee offers a 14-day change of mind return policy but it’s not free, as the shipping costs are taken from your refund. If you’ve opened the item, you might also need to pay a 20% restocking fee. And of course, any refund will be based on the price you paid for the item – so keep that in mind if you used a Bing Lee discount code or bought the item on sale.

This can make it a lot easier to get your new appliances up and running – although for anything that needs extra fitting or wiring (such as a dishwasher), you will need a qualified tradesperson.
- Factor in a work-from-home day for delivery: Most of the delivery options give you a 3-hour window of time on the day your order arrives. It’s hard to predict exactly when that will happen (or how long they’ll be after arriving), so it’s a good idea if you or someone else can be home that day.
