How do I redeem an eBay discount code?

It also offers free change-of-mind returns on eligible items. So if you frequently source items from the marketplace, the membership fee may be worth it. Otherwise, there’s also a free 30-day trial that could help you decide.
- Daily deals: These limited-time deals cover a huge range of categories, including DIY and tools, home and appliances. When we checked, some of the discounts were up to 84% off.
- Exclusive account coupons: Sometimes, eBay offers logged-in customers exclusive discounts and coupon codes for a specific category or product. These are usually only available for a limited time, either with or without a code to enter at the checkout.
Delivery, returns and payment
Does eBay offer free shipping?
There are some free delivery options, but it depends on the eBay seller. So check the shipping details on individual item pages to get clear details of different options.
eBay Plus members also get free express delivery on eligible items in metro areas, with free standard delivery for other areas. This option is available for items marked “eBay Plus”.
You may also be able to pick up items if a seller is nearby. Or save on costs with Click and Collect via Parcelpoint, HUBBED or a retail store. These options aren’t always available, but you’ll find details for them on eligible item listings and at the checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary between items, sellers and locations. You can check the item listing for postage details and delivery time estimates (when available). Or, ask a seller in a message.

Return policies vary based on the seller. But eBay states that “most sellers accept returns if you’ve changed your mind.” You can check the listing for details of the return policy, or contact the seller for more information.

Ways to pay
Sellers can choose which payment methods they allow, and you can view them at the checkout. But as a basic guide, you’ll often be able to pay with your Australian credit card or debit card, with PayPal and Afterpay also available through some sellers (among other payment options).
