It’s easy to add a discount code to your Ettitude order after you have added items to your cart. Just go to the checkout and put the code in the “Discount code or gift card” field when you get to the order summary. Click “Apply” and your order will be updated to reflect the discount.

Ettitude has sales throughout the year, including for End of Financial Year, Black Friday and Boxing Day. For example, you could get 30% off final sale items during the 2024 EOFY sale. Delivery, returns and payment
How much is shipping?
Ettitude offers free standard shipping in Australia for orders over $100. So you’ll typically get free shipping on sheet sets, duvet covers, quilts and blankets, for example. But otherwise, there is a $10 fee for orders under $100. You can also choose Express shipping for a $20 fee.
How long does shipping take?
- Standard shipping: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. After that, you can expect your order in 3-5 business days if you’re in a metro area. Or 5-8 business days if you’re in a regional area.
- Express shipping: Place your order before 12pm Eastern Time and your oder will be dispatched on the same day, with delivery in 1-4 business days.
What is the return policy?
Ettitude has different return policies depending on what you buy, so we’ve summarised them here.
- 60-night Sleep Trial: This covers your first purchase of any full-priced bedding item. So you can sleep in and wash your Ettitude bedding and if you’re not satisified in the first 60 days, you can return it for a full refund.
- Returns within 30 days: If you change your mind about something not covered by the 60-night Sleep Trial, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of your delivery date. But as with most change of mind return policies, the items need to be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. It’s also worth noting that any shipping fees you paid won’t be refunded and a $10 processing fee is deducted from the refund amount.
- Returns between 30 to 60 days: Returns made between 30 and 60 days from your delivery date will only be eligible for store credit.
- Final sale items: Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty.
- Faulty and damaged items: If there’s an issue with your order, contact Ettitude with photos and details of what’s wrong. You may still be able to get a refund or other resolution under Australian Consumer Law.

Ettitude accepts most payment methods, including American Express, Mastercard and Visa cards, PayPal and Afterpay. You can even use JCB or Union Pay.
