Appliances Online offers free next-day delivery for most metro areas and selected regional areas during the week when you place your order before midnight. It also offers delivery for a fee on Saturdays, with pricing depending on the order and location.
How long does delivery take?
Appliances Online deliveries usually come the next day if you order during the week and live in a metro or eligible regional area. But it takes longer if you live outside the next-day delivery areas, with estimated delivery times provided when you place your order.
For orders placed over the weekend, the earliest delivery will be the following Tuesday. But if you’re in Sydney and want your order sooner, you may be able to pay to have it delivered on the same day within a two-hour window.

What is Appliances Online’s return policy?
You can make a change of mind returns within 7 days of the delivery date, with a full refund on the product price if it’s in its original packaging and unused. For opened but unused products, Appliances Online offers a store credit based on the invoiced price, minus a 20% restocking fee.
