How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your order and location, but typically take four to 10 business days after they are dispatched. There’s also a handling timeframe of three to five business days, and an additional five business days for engraved products.
If you’re in NSW, you can also pay for express delivery, which has an estimated time of two to five business days. This costs $19.95 for orders under $99 and $9.95 for orders over that.
What is the return policy?
If you change your mind about a product, you can return it for free within 30 days of delivery. You can submit a return request online with proof of purchase. Just make sure the product is in a re-saleable condition, with original packaging and user guides. Also keep in mind that this only applies to purchases made directly through kitchenaid.com.au. So if you’ve bought items with another retailer, refer to their return policy instead.
