It’s easy to add a discount code to your order on the SharkNinja a website and only takes a moment once you know where to add the code at the checkout. Here’s a detailed step-by-step guide for both desktop and mobile shopping.

Shark may also occasionally run promotions that include free shipping on vacuums and cleaning tools, but both of these ongoing offers make it easy to save on the $20 standard delivery fee when you’re ordering new appliances or parts.
Can I get a discount code for my first Shark order?
Yes, you can subscribe to SharkNinja’s newsletter to get 10% off your first order. While there’s no minimum spend, the discount only applies to select products as noted on the Shark website. For example, during my research for this article, the statement “Excluded from all promotions” was included on the Shark Power Cordless vacuum cleaner product page, while the Shark Cordless PowerDetect Clean & Empty System had a note stating new customers could “enjoy 10% off at checkout with code”. I also took screenshots highlighting what to look for when you’re browsing products.
Does Shark have a student discount?
Yes, SharkNinja offers students a 10% discount via select student membership platforms. You’ll need to create a free account and verify your student status to access it. As we regularly update this guide, we’ll add details as new student coupon codes become available.
Are there any SharkNinja discounts or promo codes for essential workers?
SharkNinja Australia doesn’t currently have a discount for essential workers. But during my research, I did find SharkNinja UK discount codes for key workers – including healthcare professionals, teachers and military personnel. There were also UK-specific discounts for people aged over 55, young professionals aged 18-25 and for the disability community – but these promo codes don’t work in Australia. We’ll update this guide if and when any specific industry and community discounts become available.
Can I use a Shark discount code on Ninja products?
You can use the welcome code on both Shark and Ninja products available on SharkNinja when they meet the requirements. Previously, Shark and Ninja actually had separate websites, and even then I could use the welcome code at the checkout for both sites.
For other codes, check the specific details. In most cases, you’ll be able to use them across the SharkNinja website, unless they specifically state that the discount is for a particular product or category (e.g. only Shark vaccums).
Does SharkNinja offer discounts to return customers?
Yes, SharkNinja sometimes runs promotions for existing or return customers, as well as new customers. But these offers are usually for a limited time. For example, on June 30, 2026 Shark offered a 12% discount code for returning customers who were already subscribed to the newsletter, which was only valid for the day (12am to 11:59pm to be specific).

What if a Shark promo code isn’t working?
All of the codes we’ve listed here are personally verified by a person from Home Beautiful‘s Deals Team, and are checked regularly (i.e. weekly) to ensure they are working as intended. But if you have got a code from somewhere else, or are having trouble adding it, here’s what to check:
- Is the product eligible? SharkNinja excludes some products from promotional offers such as discount codes. For example, if a product page says “Excluded from all promotions” the code won’t work for that product, but would work for other, eligible products.
- Has the code been entered correctly? Check and re-enter the code exactly as it’s written, including any capital or lowercase letters, and check there are no additional characters in the discount code field. If there was a mistake, this is an easy and quick fix.
- Is there a minimum spend? Some Shark discount codes and offers have a minimum order value you need to meet before the discount can be applied. We include key details like this for our tested codes and deals, but you can also check with SharkNinja if you’ve got the code from somewhere else.
- Is there another promotional offer applied to your cart? You typically can’t use a Shark discount code if there’s another promotion already applied. The SharkNinja terms and conditions actually state “discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any one order.”
If you’ve tried all of these steps and the code still isn’t working, it may have expired. That’s why our Deals Team list expiry dates for each code and offer, and regularly test and remove expired ones so you only see valid offers here.
Can you use two discount codes on SharkNinja?
Although the Shark and Ninja websites are not combined, you can still only use one discount code per order. But if you have multiple codes you could use them on separate orders to make the most of the savings before they expire. You can however use your 10% first order code on selected sale items for an additional saving.

Loyalty program cashback: Join SharkNinja Rewards for free and you’ll earn cashback credits on every purchase, which you can then use for savings on future orders. As a new, Bronze member, you earn 5% cashback as store credit for each purchase, with higher cashback rates and rewards as you spend more and reach higher membership tiers. So Silver members who have spent between $801 and $2000 with SharkNinja earn 7.5% cashback and a one-off $15 discount reward, while anyone who has lifetime spending over $2001 gets Gold membership with a one-off $30 discount reward and 10% cashback.
Newsletter offers: As well as the 10% discount for your first order, subscribing to the SharkNinja newsletter gives you access to exclusive offers, early sale access and details on new product launches.
Sale section: The SharkNinja website has a Sale section where you can find great value with clearance deals and time-limited promotions. To give you an idea, I found discounts between 13% and 68% last time I was there.
Major sales: If you can time your purchase around sales promotions like EOFY, Black Friday and Boxing Day you’ll usually receive a hefty discount on your purchase. For example, during the EOFY 2026 sale, Shark offered discounts of up to $50 on select products through a spend and save promotion for VIP newsletter subscribers, as well as limited-time promotions with discounts of up to 15%. Home Beautiful also reported discounts of up to 53% for Shark’s Black Friday sale in 2025.
