Does Adairs offer free shipping?
Yes, Adairs offers free standard shipping on all orders over $175, and on orders over $50 for Linen Lovers members. Otherwise, standard delivery costs $19.95
Standard shipping covers most bed and bath linen, as well as other items that can be shipped by Australia Post.
But furniture and other items that require oversized delivery are shipped with a third party service, with the cost listed at the checkout. You can view the shipping and delivery policy on the Adairs website for full details.
Editor’s note: If you’re buying furniture, rugs or other larger items, keep in mind that oversized delivery fees apply and are calculated at the checkout. How long does delivery take?
Allow 3-5 business days for online orders to be dispatched from the Adairs website. After that, standard delivery takes between 3-9 business days, depending on your location. And oversized delivery can take up to 10 business days.
What is the return policy?
Adairs offers free change of mind returns within the first 60 days of receiving an order. Or within 90 days for Linen Lovers members.
