Does Adairs offer free shipping?
Yes, you can get free standard shipping on orders over $175. Linen Lovers also get free standard shipping regardless of how much they spend.
Standard shipping covers most bed and bath linen, as well as other items that can be shipped by Australia Post. But furniture and other items that require oversized delivery are shipped with a third party service, with the cost listed at the checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 3-5 business days for online orders to be dispatched from the Adairs website. After that, standard delivery takes between 3-9 business days, while oversized deliver can take up to 10 business days.
What is the return policy?
Adairs offers free change of mind returns within the first 60 days of receiving an order. Or within 90 days for Linen Lovers members.
But items must be unused and in their original packaging. There are also some items that Adairs does not offer refunds on for health reasons, including quilts, mattress toppers and pillows unless there is an issue covered by Australian consumer law.
