Flight Centre FAQs: Deals, bookings and more
Does Flight Centre offer a rewards program?
Yes! World360 Rewards launched in November 2025 as Flight Centre’s complimentary loyalty program. Members earn points across flights, hotels, cruises, tours and activities – the program’s strength lies in its “triple-dip” capability where you simultaneously earn World360 points, airline loyalty points and credit card rewards on identical bookings. Redeem points flexibly through their exclusive Rewards Store or apply them towards any eligible booking. The Member Plus tier ($249 annually) includes 15,000 bonus points, airport lounge access and delay protection.
Does Flight Centre have coupon codes?
Most Flight Centre deals and promotions don’t require a coupon code, and a lot of their booking pages don’t even have a field where you can put a code. In fact, I’ve only seen a coupon code section once: when I was writing this article and wanted to check one of the deals out in more detail. Even then, there wasn’t actually a coupon code required to get the offer.
Does Flight Centre offer package deals?
Yes! Flight Centre offers a selection of seasonal package deals including flights and accommodation, as well as some that include experiences and other exclusive extras. Home Beautiful‘s Flight Centre deals page includes an edit of packages, both for overseas and travel across Australia.
What does Flight Centre specialise in?
Flight Centre offers comprehensive travel services spanning flights, boutique hotels, curated holiday packages, premium cruises, private tours, luxury car hire, comprehensive travel insurance and rail passes. They excel at crafting bespoke multi-destination itineraries and complex travel arrangements requiring expert coordination.
“I recently went to Flight Centre to book flights to Japan. In no time at all, the person helping me was able to find me good flights into Tokyo and leaving Osaka. She also organised the travel insurance for me, which I needed to cover the cost of my tour as well as my flights. It was so much quicker and easier than if I had booked it myself.”

Does Flight Centre have sales?
Flight Centre has sales at key times throughout the year, often with deals that match up with the best times to visit certain destinations. But I’ve also found some incredible deals during major sale periods, especially Black Friday and Boxing Day. For example, during Black Friday in 2025, Flight Centre offered up to 75% off stays, up to 50% off tours and huge dollar savings on flights. So it’s worth waiting for a sale if you can – and of course we’ll be updating the deals here to keep you across the most valuable, current offers.
Where can I find Flight Centre consultants?
Flight Centre operates stores throughout Australia where experienced travel consultants provide personalised service, and if you’re online you can also speak with them over the phone. This is an easy way to book consultations for detailed itinerary planning, destination recommendations and insider insights from consultants who’ve often travelled to your chosen destinations personally.
What are Flight Centre’s cancellation terms?
Cancellation terms vary significantly based on booked services and individual provider policies. Flight Centre’s service fees are $50 per person (capped at $100 per booking) for domestic cancellations and $300 per person (capped at $600 per booking) for international cancellations. Additional fees from airlines, hotels and tour operators often apply and can reach 100% of booking costs. Refund processing depends on provider authorisation and typically requires several weeks.
Which payment options does Flight Centre accept?
Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Afterpay and Zip are accepted. The Humm90 Mastercard provides interest-free financing up to $50,000 (subject to credit approval) with no international transaction fees – particularly valuable for premium bookings (but keep in mind this is a credit card products). CommBank Awards points can be applied in-store or via mobile app. Deposit requirements typically apply with final payment due six weeks pre-departure unless alternative arrangements are specified.
Can Flight Centre arrange complex itineraries?
Absolutely. Flight Centre excels at crafting sophisticated multi-destination journeys requiring expert coordination. Their consultants navigate complex routing, premium accommodation curation, private tour arrangements, visa requirements and travel insurance.
“When I was planning to visit family overseas, Flight Centre was the first place I went to organise a trip that gave me time with them, plus a side adventure that would have complicated the booking if I’d done it myself. Not only did the travel agent make booking it a breeze, but they got me a much better price than anything I’d been able to find after hours of research.”
