Home Beautiful’s guide to Koh discount codes, personally sourced by our team
Koh makes cleaning simple and more sustainable, with a selection of eco-certified cleaning products and tools. From the specially-designed, sleek Loo Blade (a top pick for Home Beautiful Digital Editor Diana Moore) to the surface and spray mop starter kit, and of course the best-selling Universal Cleaner, Koh is a Home Beautiful favourite for versatile cleaning products that look nice and are gentler on people and the planet. To help you get even more value, we’ve created this edit of active Koh discount codes and deals.
Our in-house Deals Team work directly with our network of partners whenever possible, and conduct detailed, independent research to verify the best current offers and savings. This includes personally checking each discount code at the checkout, and removing expired ones. We also hand-pick offers and read the fine print, curating the selection here and only showing legitimate codes and promotions. Forget endless scrolling; we do the legwork for you.
What to check when adding your Koh discount code
Sometimes, even active discount codes may not apply on the first try. With Koh, some of the most common and simple issues are a typo, minimum order value, product exclusions or if it has expired. So here’s a handy checklist when you’re adding your code:
- Make sure the code is exactly as it’s printed, including any capital letters. Copy and paste it again if that’s easier.
- Check your order value meets the minimum requirement.
- Review the items in your cart, as some Koh discount codes may only apply to select items. Or even exclude some items (our Deals Team will include these details if and when relevant).
- Keep in mind that Koh discount codes don’t usually work on bundles and can’t be stacked with other discount codes or promotions. So if you already have a discount in your cart, they would prevent most codes from being added.
- For codes that you got via Koh’s newsletters or elsewhere, check the fine print for expiry details.
- If you’re looking at the order total, check if any shipping fees are affecting the total after the discount is applied. Standard delivery fees start from $9.95 for orders under $119 (it’s free above that). So keep that in mind.
- Contact Koh through the online chat or email if you have questions or need help.
Is there a first-order discount code for Koh?
Yes, there is. Koh offers a 10% discount on your first order after subscribing to the newsletter. You can also increase this to a 15% discount if you also subscribe for SMS updates. When I subscribed, I got the welcome email and unique discount code within minutes.
New customers can also get a $20 discount when they’re referred by a friend. So if you know someone already cleaning with Koh products, this is another easy way to save – and they’ll get $10 value in reward points.
Does Koh have a free shipping promo code?
Koh doesn’t currently have a promo code but you do get free standard shipping for orders over $119 within Australia. You don’t need a code for this, as free shipping is automatically available at the checkout when you spend over that threshold.
What can I use a Koh discount code on?
It depends on the code. For example, the 10% discount code for new subscribers to the newsletter is for full-price items – not bundles. But I’ve also previously received a Koh discount code offering me a 10% discount on the Whole Home Starter Kit, which already has a discounted price compared to buying each item separately.
The Home Beautiful Deals Team check and include key details for each tested discount code here. But if Koh emails you a unique discount code, just check the details so you know when it applies.
Five ways to save and get more value with Koh
- Starter kits: If you’re refreshing your cleaning products, Koh starter kits and bundles offer great value with discounts compared to buying each item separately. There were discounts between 20% and 50% last time I checked.
- Order subscriptions: If you’ve found your perfect mix of Koh products to order on repeat, you can save 15% and get a discounted $5 flat shipping fee by setting up a subscription for your order. You can choose the frequency of the deliveries, and update or cancel it whenever you want. Considering individual refills start from under $20, it’s an easy way to save on the price of them and get lower delivery fees.
- Sales: Koh runs promotions throughout the year but I’ve found some of the biggest discounts during major sales periods like Black Friday and EOFY. For example, there were discounts of up to 50% during the EOFY sales in 2026. Based on last year’s promotions, I’m expecting similar levels of discounts for Black Friday in 2026 too.
- Rewards: Sign up for for the free Koh Perks rewards program to earn points per $1 spent with Koh, plus 20 to 200 points for other account activity. Every 100 points equals a $5 discount, and you can save up for bigger discounts of $10 (for 200 points) or $20 (for 400 points). Here’s more about the program.
- Friend referrals: New customers can get a $20 discount for their first order when they’re referred by a Koh Perks member. And members get an equivalent $10 discount in points (200) for each successful referral.
“Koh’s delivery subscriptions are an easy way to save on refills, with a 15% discount on your products and a lower $5 delivery fee on repeat orders that don’t meet the free shipping threshold. Plus it means you’ll never run out of cleaning supplies.”

Editor’s tip: Unlock more value with Koh Perks rewards
Koh’s loyalty program is free to join when you create an account on the site. Your account is also where you can manage subscriptions and orders, so it makes sense to sign up when you’re shopping with Koh.
Once you’re a member, you’ll earn between 1 and 1.5 points per $1 spent with Koh. All members also get points for these activities:
- Subscribe to the newsletter: 20 points
- Subscribe for SMS updates: 40 points
- Successful friend referrals: 200 points
- Making your third order: 30 points
- Making your fifth order: 50 points
- Making your tenth order: 100 points
- Birthday offer: 100 to 200 points based on your membership tier
Alongside the points earned for your spending, these activities can help you redeem rewards faster, with every 100 points equalling a $5 discount.
Membership tiers and benefits
Your spending with Koh also helps you reach higher membership tiers to unlock more generous points per $1 and birthday rewards. To give you an idea, I’ve put the key details in a table. I’ve also calculated how much you’d need to spend in each tier to get a $5 discount – keeping in mind that other activities could unlock discounts faster.
| Feature/perk | Tier 1 | Tier 2 | Tier 3 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Spend to reach tier | $0 | $170 | $330 |
| Points per $1 spent | 1 | 1.25 | 1.5 |
| Spend to earn a $5 discount | $100 | $80 | $67 (rounded to nearest dollar) |
| Birthday reward | 100 points | 150 points | 200 points |
I also analysed the cost of different Koh products to get an idea of how quickly you’d earn a $5 discount. Even in Tier 1, with the lowest priced refill ($16.95 at the time of writing), you could earn enough points for a $5 discount after every fifth order. That also factors in the 30 points earned after your third order. A higher order value, higher tier and other points could give you a discount even faster too.
So, if you’re regularly using Koh products to clean your home, the points you earn through Koh Perks can quickly add up to a discount on your next purchase.
Koh FAQs: Delivery, returns and more
How much is Koh delivery?
Standard shipping is free for orders over $119, with a $9.95 delivery fee for metro areas and $11.95 fee for regional areas if your order is under that threshold.
If you have a subscription order, you’ll pay a reduced delivery fee of $5 on your scheduled orders.
Express shipping is $14.95 to metro areas and $16.95 to regional areas.
When will I get my Koh order?
Koh deliveries to metro areas typically take 2-5 business days via standard post, and 1-2 business days via express post.
If you’re in a regional area, allow 3-8 business days for standard delivery, and 2-5 days for express. Delivery to some remote areas may take up to 16 business days, too. You’ll get details and an estimated delivery time after you place your order, with all deliveries via Australia Post.
What is the Koh 30-day Money Back Promise?
Koh wants you to be happy with your products. They offer a generous 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within this period, contact Koh for refund on the products and the original postage charges.
For items you want to return to Koh, you’ll pay for return postage. But under the Money Back Promise, most items you’ve tried won’t need to be returned.
Do Koh products have a warranty?
Koh has a 12-Month Product Quality Guarantee that covers defects related to faulty materials, workmanship or performance for a selection of products. This includes some Home Beautiful favourites like the Loo Blade and Spray Mop. But it doesn’t cover refill solutions, the Grout Brush and a selection of items in the Kitchen range (e.g. Scrubby Pads and Diamond Sponges).
You can make a claim through the returns portal, or learn more on Koh’s page for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee (there’s a section for the 12-month warranty there too).
Can I buy Koh at Woolworths?
Yes, you can buy a selection of Koh products at Woolworths, including the Universal Cleaner, Dishwashing Tablets and Bathroom & Shower Cleaner. But availability may vary and the prices are typically the same at Woolworths or Koh, outside of sales or other discounts. But it does give you another way to buy Koh if you want to avoid shipping costs to physically view the products (in their packaging) before you buy them.
From simple products to discount codes, here’s what the Home Beautiful team rate about Koh
There’s a reason Koh has featured in Home Beautiful’s cleaning stories for years (I even found this piece about the brand’s origins from 2018). The Australian brand takes a refreshingly simple approach to keeping your home clean with clever, reusable tools and versatile products designed to work harder. Its also a favourite for natural and eco-friendly cleaning products.
The team particularly rates Koh’s Universal Cleaner, which features in Home Beautiful‘s pick of the best floor cleaners for spin mops – and can be used across more than 20 household cleaning jobs, helping to streamline the cleaning cupboard. Then there’s the considered designs of cleaning tools such as Koh’s Grout Brush and the Loo Blade, praised by Digital Editor Diana Moore for its design.
“Rather than a brush, the head is a water-resistant squeegee-like head that dries quickly and resists the build-up of soil and germs,” she says in her article on toilet brushes, also praising Koh’s design for the sleek ceramic base and wooden handle.
Koh’s Australian-made credentials and focus on refillable and reusable products also tick plenty of boxes for more considered cleaning, while the discounts for subscriptions help make it a more economical choice. The starter bundles and kits, rewards and other promotions – including limited-time discount codes – also give you plenty of ways to make your money go further.
