Does The Good Guys offer free shipping?
While you can’t typically get free delivery, The Good Guys is offering free Uber delivery to eligible locations until 5 March 2025. If this option is available for an order, you’ll be able to select it at the checkout.
But beyond promotions, The Good Guys doesn’t offer free shipping. You can get an estimate of fees after entering your address details on the website, with costs based on the items, location and type of delivery.
You can also choose to click and collect an order from your nearest store to save on delivery costs.
How long does delivery take?
You can get an Uber delivery on the same day if it’s available. Otherwise, you will get an estimated delivery time for your order during the checkout process.
What is the return policy?
For change of mind returns, you have 30 days to return items if they are unopened and unused. But unfortunately, delivery costs are not covered by this policy.
